This notice explains which cookies and similar storage technologies the Cosmetic Beauty Academy website uses and how you can manage them in your browser.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device through your browser. They can be used to recognise a session or process forms securely. Local Storage also stores information on your device, but does not automatically send it to the website with every request.
Essential cookies
The website uses its own cookies to maintain sessions and protect forms. These cookies are not used to track your behaviour across other websites.
- laravel_session: connects related page requests to a session and supports form processing and access to the administration area. Its current lifetime is 120 minutes after the last activity and is renewed when you continue using the website.
- XSRF-TOKEN: helps protect against forged form requests. Its lifetime is linked to the session and is currently also 120 minutes.
Remembering that the notice was closed
When you click “Close”, your browser saves the entry cosmetic_beauty_cookie_notice_closed_v2 with the value “1” in Local Storage. This prevents the notice from appearing again during later visits in the same browser. The entry contains no name or email address and is not used for advertising. It has no fixed expiry date and remains stored until you delete the website data in your browser.
Closing the notice does not constitute consent to advertising or analytics cookies.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Facebook tracking and Google reCAPTCHA are not enabled in the current configuration. The website therefore currently sets no cookies from these services.
Managing cookies and website data
You can block cookies, delete stored cookies and remove website data, including Local Storage, in your browser’s privacy or security settings. After you delete the website data, the notice will appear again on your next visit. Blocking essential cookies may affect forms or sign-in features.
